Brendan Morris is the founder of Morris & Company, Japan’s trusted executive search firm serving the investment community.
Brendan began his career at Japan’s largest executive search firm before joining Kearney as Head of the Financial Institutions Group within its retained search division. He later co-founded The Ingenium Group, a leading Tokyo recruitment firm, where he served as Partner. After building the business over several years, he led its successful acquisition and profitable sale to a private equity investor. He was also previously Director of the Tokyo office for The Options Group, a major global financial search and consulting platform headquartered in New York.
A specialist recruiter in Japan’s real estate, private equity and investment banking market, he supports his clients in identifying and securing top senior and upcoming talent for key roles.
Brendan holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
